General Information

Posters and demonstrations will be set up in Merrill Hall. They will be available for viewing beginning 5:00 p.m. Monday, May 31 through Thursday, June 3.

Research Presentations for Tuesday should be uploaded on Monday (6-9 p.m.) or Tuesday (6-8 a.m.) in Chapel. We will have available a PC laptop (Windows XP, Office/Powerpoint 2007, all relevant video codecs and a Mac laptop (OS X, iWork/Keynote’09).

Posters can be taken down after 9:00 p.m. on Thursday or Friday morning.

A bulletin board will be available for posting announcements in Merrill Hall.

Badges are required for admittance to all food functions. Please be sure to wear your conference badge at all times.
